In the heart of New Orleans, a city renowned for its vibrant culture and spirited community, Delta Personnel was born out of Victor Lawrence's vision in 1968. After years of honing his expertise in human resources at a significant corporation, Victor, a Brooklyn native with an MBA from NYU, was drawn to the unique energy of New Orleans. Choosing to lay down roots rather than relocate again, he founded Delta Personnel, a company that would grow to embody the spirit of its home city: dedicated, diverse, and dynamic.

Under Victor's leadership, Delta Personnel quickly established itself as a critical player in the staffing industry, known for its commitment to finding the right people for the right job. When Victor was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 1988, the company passed into the capable hands of his son, David, and daughter-in-law, Teresa, who have continued to uphold and expand upon his legacy.
