Responsibilities:
Clienteling: Deliver outstanding service, support the management team, and embody the brand's image. Build and maintain strong client relationships, drive sales, and enhance customer satisfaction.
VIP Client Management: Develop a network with local and international luxury business contacts, ensuring top-tier customer engagement and satisfaction.
Operations: Assist with stock control, inventory management, transaction processing, and delivery and shipment handling.
Profile:
Strong sales and clienteling skills with a proven track record in driving sales.
Passionate about innovative projects and luxury products.
Well-versed in market trends and fashion.
Adaptable, curious, and authentic with a positive and team-oriented attitude.
Excellent multitasking abilities and comfortable working under pressure.
Proficient with digital clienteling tools and open to feedback.
Requirements:
1-5 years of retail experience focusing on sales and operations.
Availability to work holidays and the holiday season.
Knowledge of Retail Pro, Excel, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
