Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for a variety of roles across multiple industries. This role requires a proactive individual who is passionate about helping businesses grow by finding the best talent available. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Sourcing & Acquisition: Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for a range of positions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide excellent customer service.
  • Candidate Placement: Match candidates with job opportunities and ensure successful placements by maintaining open communication with both the client and candidate throughout the recruitment process.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate profiles, interviews, placements, and client interactions using the company’s applicant tracking system.
  • Referral Program Management: Promote Delta Personnel’s referral bonus program and actively engage job seekers to drive participation.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all candidates meet required compliance standards, including background checks and employment eligibility verification.

Qualifications: 
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a staffing agency or a similar high-volume environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
Skills:
  - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  - Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
  - Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
