Nydia Cooper is a dedicated and results-driven professional with a strong background in business administration, management, and marketing. She is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Loyola University New Orleans and holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and Marketing from Loyola University.

As our Strategic Liaison Partner, Nydia Cooper excels in fostering partnerships, aligning business objectives with strategic opportunities, and driving collaboration between Delta Personnel and external stakeholders. Her role encompasses managing client relationships, coordinating initiatives, and ensuring seamless communication to strengthen our strategic positioning in the industry. Nydia's expertise extends to processing and managing payroll, conducting comprehensive background checks, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and efficiently resolving payroll discrepancies. She has demonstrated strong leadership and collaboration skills as a Project Manager for Tulane Violence Prevention, successfully orchestrating events and managing vendor negotiations. Her ability to navigate complex challenges and identify growth opportunities makes her an invaluable contributor to Delta Personnel's success.

Her study abroad experience at KOC University in Istanbul provided her with a global perspective on business administration and expanded her professional network.
