Nydia's expertise extends to processing and managing payroll, conducting comprehensive background checks, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and efficiently resolving payroll discrepancies. She has demonstrated strong leadership and collaboration skills as a Project Manager for Tulane Violence Prevention, successfully orchestrating events and managing vendor negotiations.
